To do the quest Interior Decorating, you'll first need to unlock the Room of Requirement in the main quest The Room of Requirement.

| 2 | Return / Talk to Professor Weasley in the Room of Requirement Talk to Professor Weasley again to learn the Altering spell |
| 3 |  Alter the style of an item. Target any conjured item in the room, then cast the Altering spell on it. Cycle through its identities with the left and right arrow keys/directional buttons. |
| 4 |  Change the colour of an item. Target any conjured item in the room, then cast the Altering spell on it. Change its colour with the button indicated at the top right of your screen. |
| 5 |  Adjust the size of an item. Target any conjured item in the room, then cast the Altering spell on it. Cycle through its sizes with the up and down arrow keys/directional buttons. |
| 6 |  Alter the balcony or the floor of the room. Target the floor or the balcony of the Room of Requirement, then cast the Altering spell on it. Change its style, colour, or size. |
| 7 |  Speak to Deek. Talk to Deek the house-elf beside you and choose any of the ambiance choices he gives you. After the cutscene, the quest will have been completed. |
You can easily find moonstone by simply following the paths leading outside of Hogwarts. Just follow any single path and collect all the moonstone you spot along the way. If you're not in need of much moonstone, you wouldn't have to venture far from Hogwarts.
