Objectives | |

1 | Talk to Arthur Plummly. Head to the Defence Against the Dark Arts tower and talk to Arthur Plummly to begin this quest. He will be beside a bronze statue which you can find by going up a few levels on the stairs. After talking to him, he will give you the Arthur's Treasure Map with clues to the location of the Treasure. |
2 | Find the first landmark from Arthur's Treasure Map. The first landmark is a rhinoceros skeleton. You can find this by walking 3 levels down the stairs then instead of taking the staircase directly on your left, go down the stairs a bit further ahead. The rhinoceros skeleton should be at the bottom of that staircase. |
3 | Find the second landmark from Arthur's Treasure Map. The second landmark is a fountain with a statue of a dragon located in the Transfiguration Courtyard. |
4 | Find the third landmark from Arthur's Treasure Map. Continue past the fountain and the tree then enter the double doors to North Hall. Head straight ahead until you see a staircase on your right, this is the third landmark. |
5 | Find the painting from Arthur's Treasure Map. Go up 1 floor on the staircase until you see a blue painting. |
6 | Discover the painting's secret. Cast Accio on the top of the painting's frame. Once the door in the painting gets close enough, you can enter the doorway to find a chest. Search the chest to get the Authentic Historian's Uniform. |
7 | Return to Arthur Plummly. Head back to Arthur Plummly and talk to him to finish this quest. |
Players that have the Transfiguration Courtyard Floo Flame location unlocked can fast travel to that location to get to the landmarks quicker.
From the Transfiguration Courtyard, enter the Defense Against the Dark Arts Tower and walk up the stairs, making sure to stay on the left staircase. The rhinocerous skeleton should be just on the top of the staircase between the globes.
