Sebastian Sallow Questline

The Sebastian Sallow Questline consists of 13 relationship quests mainly involving the Slytherin companion, Sebastian Sallow. Players interested in learning and using The Unforgivable Spells will need to play through this questline as the spells are the rewards for these quests.

Flight Test

Reward ・XP and Broom

Completing Flight Test allows you to purchase your broom for the first time. The side quest unlocks after completing the Flying Class main story quest.

Upon completion of this side quest, you will have the the option of purchasing an upgrade for your broom. Purchase this to unlock the Sweeping the Competition side quest. Completing this side quest will unlock the 2nd upgrade for your broom.

Upon purchasing the 2nd upgrade, you can take on the final side quest for upgrading your broom, The Sky Is The Limit. Completing this unlocks the third and final broom upgrade.

Flight Test Side Quest Walkthrough

The Man Behind the Moons

Reward ・Alohomora spell upgrades

The Man Behind the Moons is a side quest that unlocks after completing The Caretaker's Lunar Lament. This side quest requires you to find Demiguise Statues in order upgrade the Alohomora spell and gain access to level 2-3 locks.

Minding Your Own Business

Reward ・Your own Hogsmeade shop

Minding Your Own Business is a side quest that rewards you with your own Hogsmeade shop upon completion. From this shop, you can sell your items and gear for a better price.

This side quest is a timed exclusive for PlayStation users and will be available for users on other platforms on February 10, 2024, exactly a year after its release.

Carted Away

Reward ・Arn's Wanderer Shop in Central Hogwarts Valley

Carted Away is a side quest available after completing the Tomes and Tribulations Main Quest. Completing this side quest will unlock Arn's Wanderer Shop, one of the many Wanderer Shops you can find across the map that sell items and exclusive brooms.

Foal of the Dead

Reward ・Breeding Pen in the Room of Requirement

Foal of the Dead is a side quest that becomes available after completing the preceding Deek side quest The Plight of the House-Elf. Completing this side quest rewards you with the Breeding Pen which you can use to have your beasts produce offspring. Players can choose to sell these for a profit in addition to aiming for The Nature of the Beast achievement.

Phoenix Rising

Reward ・Phoenix (Beast)

Phoenix Rising is a side quest available after completing Niamh Fitzgerald's Trial. Players that complete this quest will recieve the Phoenix as well as the Rising From the Ashes achievement.

The Unique Unicorn

Reward ・Hazel the Unicorn (Beast)

Before starting this quest you'll need the nab-sack, which you can obtain from the main quest The Elf, the Nab-Sack, and the Loom. After completing this quest, you can keep Hazel in your Vivarium and get Unicorn Hair drops which can be used to upgrade items.

E-Vase-Ive Manoeuvre

Reward ・Feldcroft Battle Arena

E-Vase-Ive Manoeuvre is one of the earlier side quests you can unlock as this becomes available upon completing Secrets of the Restricted Section. Players that compete this side quest can go to the Feldcroft Battle Arena which, upon completion, works towards the Rise to the Challenges achievement.

Reward ・Relic House Uniform (Gear)

The Daedalian Keys side quest is available after finishing The Locket's Secret main quest. Completing this side quest nets you the Relic House Uniform, a robe that is unique to your house.
