Hogwarts Legacy - Rowland Oakes

Rowland Oakes' Map can be found within Rowland's campsite in the North Hogwarts region. The now overrun campsite is at the western edge of the Forbidden Forest, near Jackdaw's Tomb.

Hogwarts Legacy - goblins in Rowland
Defeat the goblins occupying Rowland's camp.
Fly to Rowland's camp and defeat the Ranrok Loyalists.

Pick up Rowland Oakes' Map.
After dispatching the goblins, go to the north side of the campsite and collect Rowland Oakes' Map on a crate.

Korrow Ruins is located southwest of Rowland's campsite in the North Hogwarts region. Find the river south of the campsite and follow it west to find Korrow Ruins at the end.

Retrieve Rowland's wand

Hogwarts Legacy - Rowland

Korrow Ruins is a dungeon filled with goblins. The goblin outpost isn't riddled with puzzles, but has multiple passageways that you could get lost in. Rowland's wand can be found on a table past the boiler room.

Obtaining the wand and returning it to Rowland himself, who is locked in a cell within the outpost, completes The Tale of Rowland Oakes side quest.
