The Spires are located southwest of Hogwarts Castle. To complete this objective, you must pop five Balloons within the designated area.

You can also use the yellow bubbles to gain a short burst of speed and quickly finish the objective.

Practice flying near Keenbridge Tower (5)
Keenbridge Tower is located halfway through Hogwarts Valley.
