Players on all platforms can get the Onyx Hippogriff mount by pre-ordering any game editions available for Hogwarts Legacy. However, you can get more pre-order bonuses if you purchase the Deluxe Edition or Collector's Edition.

Deluxe Edition Offers Thestral Mount
You can obtain an additional mount called Thestral mount if you purchase the game's Deluxe Edition on any platform. The Thestral mount is part of the Dark Arts Pack, which also contains the Dark Arts Battle Arena and other exclusive content!
The Dark Arts Pack is also obtainable separately from the Deluxe Edition, but its availability and price are currently unknown. We'll update this section once the info comes out, so stay tuned!

The Onyx Hippogriff can be summoned from your magical bag once you've obtained both of them. You can then ride the Onyx Hippogriff and travel around the world, on the ground or up in the air!
