The patronus charm is currently not in Hogwarts Legacy, nor can you carry over your Patronus from your Harry Potter Fan Account. Read on to learn more about the Patronus, the best Patronus charms, and more.
A tweet from the official WB Games Support confirms that the Patronus charm is not in Hogwarts Legacy, nor are there any plans to include it in the game so far.
While the player cannot use the Patronus charm, you can see another character use it during the Prisoner of Love (Hufflepuff) Quest!
The Patronus charm is also not included in the Spells Menu, that shows a complete list of spells that you can equip and unlock throughout the game.\

It is possible that the Patronus charm will be included in future games created under the same franchise. However, it does not look like it's in the works for Hogwarts Legacy specifically despite it being shown in the trailers.

Players can link their Harry Potter Fan Account to their WB Games and import their information for a more customized experience.
While you can import your Hogwarts House and Wand, you cannot carry over your Patronus into the game. The official Portkey Games FAQs notes that linking your Harry Potter Fan Club Account will not carry over your Patronus into Hogwarts Legacy.
