You can get in trouble with Professor Sharp if you get the Fwooper feather in Hogwarts Legacy. Find out if you should give the Fwooper feather to Garreth Weasley and all the Fwooper feather choice outcomes in Potions Class!

Note that if you tell Garreth that you'll get the Fwooper feather, you'll be locked into getting the feather from Professor Sharp's office and giving it to Garreth, as it becomes a mission objective.
However, if you decline to get the Fwooper feather, you can still retrieve it from the office and give it to Garreth.
Potions Class Quest Walkthrough

Both choices will lead into Professor Sharp then commending the potion you brewed.
Your choices to get the Fwooper feather or not during Potions Class only affects the dialogue at the end of the quest. It does not affect the Garreth Weasley side quest Dissending for Sweets, as it will unlock afterward regardless of what you choose.
If you want your character to be mischievous or prankish, then you can get the Fwooper feather and give it to Garreth. However, if you'd like for your character to be orderly and by the book, then you can choose not to get the feather.
