Completing the Necrotic Research side quest is a prerequisite to unlocking the Bad Blood side quest.

Necrotic Research Quest Walkthrough

Bad Blood Walkthrough and Objectives

	Objectives
1	Take Gulyas' potion Head inside Gulyas' Hovel and interact with Gulyas' Potion.
2	Find the bandit camp Head to the bandit camp in Manhunter's Hollow.
3	Add Gulyas' potion to the Cookpot Interact with the cookpot in the middle of the camp.
4	Hide near the Cookpot Head to the hiding spot northwest of the cookpot, behind the log. Afterward, watch the mini-cutscene.
5	Find the cultist camp Next, head to the cultist camp in The Molting Shore.
6	Add Gulyas' potion to the Cookpot Same as before, interact with the cookpot in the middle of the camp. You may need to fight off some stray enemies before doing so though.
7	Hide near the Cookpot Head to the hiding spot north of the cookpot, in between the weeds. Afterward, watch the next mini-cutscene.
8	Speak with Gulyas Head back to Gulyas' Hovel and speak to Gulyas to end the quest.
