The Ancient Crane Sword is located in the Ancient's Lament dungeon in the Blistered Barrens.

Inside Ancient's Lament, you'll find the Ancient Crane Sword on a Dead Barbarian after the first intersection in the dungeon. Interact with the corpse to pick up the Ancient Crane Sword.
