Event

Blightshade is almost always present in reward chests from World Events and Dungeon Events in the Hawezar region. World Events are short activities that randomly occur in different areas. Areas with ongoing events are highlighted in orange on the map.

A lot of Blightshade along with other crafting materials can be acquired from Tree of Whispers Reward Caches. These can be acquired by completing Tree of Whispers Quests and collecting Grim Favors.

Blightshade resource nodes can spawn in the Hawezar region of Diablo 4's open world. Loot Blightshade resource nodes to get a random amount of this resource.

You also have a chance of acquiring Blightshade by opening herb caches - a reward commonly received for completing side quests.
