Speak to Greganoch in Bear Tribe Refuge to begin this side quest.

Diablo IV - Kauller
Head north from Bear Tribe Refuge to the highlighted area to search for Kauller. We were able to find him at the spot marked above!

Slay Kauller to obtain the Head of Kauller quest item.

Return to Bear Tribe Refuge and speak to Greganoch before interacting with the nearby totem to mount Kauller's head and finish the quest.
