	Objective
1	Speak to Greganoch in Bear Tribe Refuge to begin this side quest.
2	Head north from Bear Tribe Refuge to the highlighted area to search for Kauller. We were able to find him at the spot marked above!
3	Slay Kauller to obtain the Head of Kauller quest item.
4	Return to Bear Tribe Refuge and speak to Greganoch before interacting with the nearby totem to mount Kauller's head and finish the quest.
