Are There Still Upcoming Patches and DLC for CB2077 This Year?

On a live stream about the Edgerunners update, CD Projekt Red Game Director Gabriel Amatangelo said the studio was working on another update to overhaul the game's police system, as well as vehicle-to-vehicle combat.

However, he did not say whether this update would come out this year, or if it would be included in the upcoming Phantom Liberty expansion.

Amatangelo also did not mention if a 'New Game Plus' feature would be included in future updates. At least one other CD Projekt Red employee has said that the sought-after feature is an 'incredibly complex feature to make.'

According to Amatangelo, Patch 1.6 is the last major update for current-gen consoles like the Xbox One and PlayStation 4. But he added that CD Projekt Red would still provide tech support and smaller updates for these players.

Cyberpunk 2077 - Patch 1.6: Edgerunners Update

The Patch 1.6 or 'Edgerunners' update came out on September 6, 2022. With this update comes the Wardrobe feature, which allows you to change the appearance of your outfit without changing your armor stats.

New gigs and weapons were also included, along with content related to the Cyberpunk: Edgerunners anime.
