The Relic Skill Tree is a new feature coming to the Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty DLC. Learn what Relic Skills are and see a list of relics explained with our guide!
List of Contents
Relics are additional upgrades to your character's Cyberware. They are only available in the Phantom Liberty DLC.
Phantom Liberty DLC: Everything We Know
The Relic Skill Tree is initially unlocked by starting the Phantom Liberty DLC questline with Songbird, who gives you a few Relic points to start with.
Phantom Liberty Unlock & Timeline Guide
You unlock more Relics by going around Dogtown and finding Militech Data Terminals to get Relic points. Unlike Perk points, you don't get Relic points from leveling up.
These Data Terminals aren't marked on your map, so you'll have to do quite a bit of exploring! We'll have a list of Data Terminal locations for unlocking Relics once the game is released.
All Data Terminal Locations for Relic Upgrades
Relic Skills are very powerful improvements on V's current arsenal, so it is encouraged to unlock all of them. There are skills though that are objectively better than others and should be prioritized to be taken first. For a quick tier list on which Relic Skills are the best, check out:

Jailbreak | Unlocks new abilities for Arm cyberwares: Mantis Blades, Gorilla Arms, Projectile Launch System, and Monowire.
You can overcharge the Projectile Launch System by holding the fire button. This launches a burst of 5 projectiles that cover a larger area. Attacking with Gorilla Arms now charges them up. When fully charges, a Strong attack would deal massive damage a creates a shockwave that staggers nearby enemies. Doing so will send the enemies flying. Dismembering an enemy or performing a Finisher with Mantis Blades will charge the next Leap Attack. A charged Leap Attack with Mantis Blades have +30m longer reach and deals massive damage with a wide slash that hits the target and other nearby enemies. Killing enemies this way also dismembers them. The Monowire now has a dedicated slot for Control quickhacks. To use the installed quickhack, charge the Monowire first. When fully charges, release the attack to deal damage and upload the quickhack without RAM cost. Related Cyberware(s): Mantis Blades Gorilla Arms Monowire Projectile Launch System |
