How to Get the Petrochem Stadium Data Terminal

From the EBM Petrochem Stadium fast travel point, head north until you come across three golden statues. You'll find the data terminal behind the scaffolding.

How to Get the Terra Cognita Data Terminal

Fast travel to Terra Cognita and head to the building with the Increased Criminal Activity event. The data terminal is protected inside the building, surrounded by multiple enemies and an Arasaka Drone boss.

How to Get the Kress Street Data Terminal

You can unlock the Data Terminal located beside the Kress Street fast travel point while leaving Myers's hideout during Lucretia My Reflection. If you missed it during the quest, you can always come back and unlock it at any time.

How to Get the Brainporium Data Terminal

During the Lucretia My Reflection main quest, follow the wires from the Capitan Caliente restaurant and up to the roof of the Brainporium. You'll find the data terminal up a ruined staircase facing the Heavy Hearts Pyramid.

Be sure to disarm the trip mines in the area to avoid damage or death.

How to Get the Luxor High Wellness Spa Data Terminal

From the Luxor High Wellness Spa fast travel point, head southeast to the Increased Criminal Activity event that houses members of the Voodoo Boys. You'll find the data terminal behind a pillar inside the boss room.

Make sure to prepare before going to this location as the area has multiple trip mines and turrets that can be quite painful.

How to Get the Voodoo Boys Barricade Data Terminal

Take the southwest road from the Luxor High Wellness Spa fast travel point, in the underpass and on your left there will be a barricade with some Voodoo Boys graffiti. Jump over the barricade and jack in the data terminal.

How to Get the Golden Pacific Data Terminal

In the Golden Pacific Area, head up the stairs of the indicated building and the data terminal should be behind the pile of debris next to a wall with turquoise graffiti on it.

You can also access this terminal on the way to the crash site during the mission, but the area will be surrounded by enemies.

How to Get the Barghest Stronghold Data Terminal

Enter the Barghest Stronghold with Increased Criminal Activity near Myers' hideout and make your way through the underground passage in the building. The data terminal will be locked behind a door which you can open if you have 9 Technical Ability.

If you do not have enough Technical Ability points, you can access an alternative route from a floor hatch hidden behind a stack of crates located in the lower area near the room.

How to Get the Heavy Hearts Club Overpass Data Terminal

The data terminal is located on the second floor of the building across the Heavy Hearts Club. At the foot of the building, climb up the stairs that connects to the overpass between the two buildings. Take a left at the top and continue straight until you see the terminal.

How to Unlock Data Terminals

Meet Songbird in Dog Eat Dog

Data Terminals become usable after meeting with Songbird during the Dog Eat Dog quest. You unlock Data Terminals by finding and jacking into them.

Although Data Terminals are scattered around Dogtown, their locations aren't always seen on the map. The marker only pops up if you're close enough to a Data Terminal. The locations are accompanied by audio cues and controller vibrations (if your controller has that feature).

Used to Get Relic Points

Data Terminals are used to upgrade your Relic Skill Tree. These restricted Militech terminals are the only way to get Relic points for upgrades.

Both Data Terminals and the Relic Skill Treey system are only available in the Phantom Liberty DLC.
