How to Get Capacity Shards
Defeat and Loot Enemies
You get Capacity Shards by defeating and looting enemies in the game. Once you've picked the Capacity Shard up, your Cyberware Capacity is automatically and permanently increased.
How to Use Capacity Shards
Used to Increase the Cyberware Capacity Limit
Capacity Shards are used to permanently increase your Cyberware Capacity to equip more Cyberware at a single time. This system was introduced in Patch 2.0 of Cyberpunk 2077.
You don't have to take any steps to activate Capacity Shards. Your Cyberware Capacity is automatically increased when you pick the shards up.
