How to Get the Tsumetogi
Get During the Pisces Quest
The Tsumetogi can be looted during the Pisces quest. It can be found in the room where the boss of the Tyger Claws and Maiko meet, placed on a stand on the table. You will be able to pick this up after the conversation.
Get the Legendary Version via Crafting
After getting this weapon in the Pisces quest you can craft the Epic version and the Legendary version of this weapon. This will require the Grease Monkey Perk and the Edgerunner Artisan Perk as these allow you to craft Epic and Legendary weapons, respectively.
