Just located the Ashura Legendary crafting blueprint! PAIN to get! Bottom right corner of Rancho Coronado is a red circular area.... Look at the far right of the map. It's around the dump. You're looking for a construction area. Upstairs is an enemy who drops the B.P. Unfortunately the scaffolding on one side of the structure is ALMOST useless, BUT if you jump up the inside of the scaffolding and constantly press the climb button you can use it to get up. Basically the ladders are busted.
