Ghost Town Quest Objectives

Afterlife

	Objectives
1	Go to the Afterlife.→Talk to Rogue. Head to the Afterlife and go inside. Find Rogue on the other end of the bar and speak with her. You'll need 15000 eddies in order to request her services, so go do some gigs or side quests if you're short on cash.
2	Wait until Rogue is ready. With Rogue paid, you'll have to wait, so sit at the bar to pass the time. Speak with Rogue again. Go ahead and take that shot, you've earned it. Take the shard as well to find out what you'll need to do next.

Rancho Coronado/Rocky Ridge

3	Call Panam. Give Panam a call then go meet her in Rancho Coronado. Talk to her and get in the car to continue the conversation. Skip the car ride when you're ready.
4	Talk to Mitch and Scorpion. Speak with Panam's friends when you arrive at your destination. Go with Panam to get some gear then take it back to the car.
5	Scan the devices in the area.→Scan the transformer. You'll go for another ride to Rocky Ridge. Look around the area and scan a few things, then speak with Panam. You'll need to power the area so scan the transformer nearby.
6	Wait for Panam by the power substation. After speaking with Panam again, wait by the transformer. Hook up the car to the transformer then go in the nearby building. Break the glass if you don't have 8 points in Body to force open the door. Use the panel on the wall to activate the fusebox.
7	Go to the roof. Exit the building and go up to the roof. Get in position and wait for your targets to arrive.
8	Get the key to Panam's car. Once you turn the lights on, follow the marker to the Raffen with Panam's key. You can take everyone out or stealth your way over.
9	Go to the meeting point. Take out the Raffen with the key. You can choose whether or not to take out the rest or leave. Either way get in the car and drive out of there.
10	Talk to Panam. You can now decide if you want to help Panam out dealing with Nash or not. ▶Possible Outcomes
11a	Go to the Raffen Shive hideout. Agree to take out Nash and let Panam drive you to the hideout. You'll immediately get into a shootout. Take out all the Raffens.
11a-1	Join Panam. When Nash and his men are down speak with Panam. You'll go to Sunset Motel for Panam to do her deal.
11a-2	Wait for Panam to strike a deal. Hop out of your car to cover Panam during the deal. Go get a drink with Panam then get a room together to close out the quest.
11b	Wait for Panam to strike a deal. Hop out of your car to cover Panam during the deal. Wait for Panam to get off the phone.
11b-1	Follow Panam. Panam will want a drink so go with her. Afterwards she'll leave and the quest will end without further conflict.

Thermoactive Tear-Resistant Techie Shirt (Legendary)	This is found in the very same cave you fought Nash during one of Panam's side quest. If you found the free Caliburn car, this shirt is directly behind it.

Deal With Nash or Don't Deal With Nash

Best Choice

Even if playing as a female character, dealing with Nash seems to be the better choice because you can get some extra loot and exp from the shootout. Rogue's response seems to have no affect on future quests so there's really no reason not to do it.

How to Beat Nash

Taking on Nash and his army can be overwhelming, but it can be pulled off. Kill your way to the stairs until you reach Nash in his office. It is recommended to use a powerful shotgun or strong melee weapon to take him down quickly.

Use Widow Maker

After killing Nash, more enemies will surround you from below. You can use Nash's Widow Maker precision rifle to pick off enemies one by one. Panam can guard the stairs but still keep an eye on it for anyone that get pasts her.

Take Out the NetRunners

There are two NetRunners in the fight with Nash that can cause you trouble with their Overheat ability that sets you on fire. Try to find them and take them out as soon as you can.

How to Get the Free Rayfield Caliburn

After this Main Job, you can go back to where you fought Nash and the others to find a Rayfield Caliburn. Drive back to the tunnel until you reach the area where Nash's corpse was then go a little further to the south until you find the wheels.

You'll eventually find the Caliburn in the tunnel along with some items. It's probably Nash's or Nash stole it from someone else but who cares. Enter the car and it will automatically register as one of your vehicles.
