| Crystron Phoenix | |
|---|---|
Crystron Phoenix only needs two generic materials into Level 9, but has a very powerful effect worth considering. Banishing all Spells and Traps in their GY can cripple a number of Decks, like Sky Strikers as they need Spell Cards there to gain a secondary effect in most of their Spell Cards. It also has a floating effect that can replace itself with another monster from your GY if this gets destroyed by battle or card effect. |
| Accel Synchro Stardust Dragon | |
An unorthodox option to add here is Accel Synchro Stardust Dragon. In theory, it would work as Crystron Tristaros is a Level 2 monster, but this card being a Level 8 means you will have to use an Ash Blossom as a Tuner to Synchro Summon this card with a Level 5 Crystron monster. |
| Black Rose Dragon | |
Black Rose Dragon is a classic option to consider when wiping the field to a clean slate. It can activate this nuke effect as soon as it is Synchro Summoned, leaving the opponent little time to respond before the entire field is destroyed. |
| Cherubini, Ebon Angel of the Burning Abyss | |
Cherubini, Ebon Angel of the Burning Abyss provides protection from card destruction effects to monsters under its Link Markers. This is this monster's only purpose if you choose to add it in the Extra Deck, but can also be a good monster to Link Climb with, like say an Apollousa. |

![]() Crystron Inclusion Effect:
When this card is activated: You can add 1 “Crystron” card from your Deck to your hand, except “Crystron Inclusion”. The first time each “Crystron” monster you control would be destroyed by battle each turn, it is not destroyed. You can banish this card from your GY, then target 1 “Crystron” monster in your GY; Special Summon it. You can only use this effect of “Crystron Inclusion” once per turn. You can only activate 1 “Crystron Inclusion” per turn. |
| Step | Description |
| 1 | Activate Crystron Inclusion to add Crystron Sulfador from the Deck to hand. Then, activate Sulfador from the hand; destroy Inclusion to Special Summon itself on the field. |
| 2 | Activate the on-summon effect of Crystron Sulfador; send Crystron Thystvern and Crystron Smiger from the Deck to the GY. Afterwards, activate Thystvern from the GY; add Crystron Tristaros to the hand. |
| 3 | Normal Summon Crystron Tristaros. Using itself and Crystron Sulfador on the field as materials, Synchro Summon Crystron Eleskeletus. Use its effect on-summon to add back Smiger to the hand. |
| 4 | Activate Crystron Tristaros from the GY; banish itself to destroy Crystron Eleskeletus to Special Summon two copies of Crystron Sulfefnir. Then, activate Eleskeletus after being destroyed; Special Summon the banished Tristaros. |
| 5 | Using Crystron Tristaros and one of the Crystal Sulfefnir on the field as material, Synchro Summon F.A. Dawn Dragster.[n]Afterwards, activate the Sulfefnir that was sent to the GY; discard a card to Special Summon itself back onto the field, then destroy itself again. |
| 6 | Upon being destroyed, activate Crystal Sulfefnir's effect; Special Summon the third copy of Sulfefnir from the Deck. Then, using the two Sulfefnir on the field as materials, Xyz Summon Cyber Dragon Nova. Use it immediately to Xyz Summon Cyber Dragon Infinity. |
| 7 | Activate Crystron Inclusion from the GY; Special Summon Crystron Tristaros from the GY. |

Kashtira are still the best when it comes to punishing the opponent for using monster effects. With Kashtira Fenrir and Kashtira Unicorn on the field, that is a banish on the field and one ripped from the Extra Deck.
On top of that, the zone-blocking from Kashtira Shangri-Ira and the banish floodgate from Kashtira Arise-Heart also messes with a Crystron combo.
Kashtira Deck List & Card Guide

All it takes is one Cyber Dragon on the field, and the entire field of Crystron monsters becomes Fusion Material for Chimeratech Fortress Dragon. With Super Polymerization, this also could mean a Chimeratech Rampage Dragon for more offense.
They are also the origins of the Cyber Dragon Nova line into Cyber Dragon Infinity, meaning they too can absorb monsters and negate effects.
Cyber Dragon Deck List and Card Guide

As the saying goes for Yu-Gi-Oh! players, all it takes is one bad day. An Anti-Meta Stun Deck is loaded with floodgates, interruptions and bottlenecks, all meant to grind the game down from the focus of Special Summons.
Cards like Fossil Dyna Pachycephalo and the Barrier Statues will deny Crystrons any chance to Synchro Summon, even through effects effects.
Anti-Meta Stun Deck List & Card Guide
| Mulcharmy Fuwalos | |
|---|---|
The Deck is actually reliant in its ability to Synchro Summon, especially when it tries to go for the Crystron monsters. Maxx "C" is still a thread even while Semi-Limited, but Mulcharmy Fuwalos punishes monsters summoned from the Extra Deck. Worse, those two hand traps can stack their effects. |
| Primite Drillbeam | |
If the opponent summons Primite Dragon Ether Beryl, or even just bring out a Normal Monster out of nowhere, there is a chance they have Primite Drillbeam on hand. This is basically a field version of Called by the Grave; it banishes the targeted card, and negates its effect. This can be your Crystron monsters mid-effect fo a Synchro Summon. |
| Infinite Impermanence | |
Infinite Impermanence can be activated from the hand if the player does not control any cards on the field. This is crucial, as the user has two options for this: either target the Crystron mid-effect and negate its effects, or be used as bait as they would have planned a response to deal with what happens after. |
| Dimension Shifter | |
Part of the Crystron Deck can actually play under banish floodgates like Dimension Shifter, or its Spell/Trap counterparts like Dimensional Fissure or Macro Cosmos. However, the field needs to be set up first before proceeding even with the floodgates active. |
