Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel has announced its next scheduled maintenance update on August 8, 2024. Check out this page for details about the changes added, including a new Selection Pack and Version 2.0!

Starting on August 8th until September 24th, players can log in for 8 days in total to get up to 1000 Gems, and up to 3 Wings of the Guardian Selection Pack pulls with a guaranteed SR card!

It has been announced that a new Duelist Cup will take place this September! Ranked Season 32 currently active will be the basis for starting DLvs. when the event begins next month!
If you have Nibiru, the Primal Being on hand, a counter will appear on it as the opponent conducts a Normal Summon or a Special Summon. This is to allow better tracking of when its effect can trigger.
Certain cards will have brand-new animations should they be summoned, or should they activate their respective effects.

Should a Deck in a Duel reach 10 or fewer cards left, a counter will show the number of remaining cards left in said Deck.
If there is an effect inherited by Link and Synchro Monsters due to their materials granting them those upon being used, a pop-up message will show at the top-right of the screen.
For some effects that have an optional card activation, there is now a cancel button once the prompt to select an effect to activate is displayed.
Double Clicking or Double Tapping also now confirms choices when it comes to making selections in pop-up messages (like effect activation), or cards on the field selected from a Card List in certain situations.
Players can now Generate more than 4 cards, up to a cap of 99 cards if there are enough resources to do so.

A new Selection Pack was added to Master Duel on August 8, 2024. Wings of the Guardian is the last Selection Pack to be released before the 2024 World Championship Finals in September, and this means the debuting Voiceless Voice archetype will be available for participating players!

A new Secret Pack called Evoked Dragon of Miracles was added to Master Duel on August 8, 202. This Card Pack consists of cards focusing on Stardust, Synchron and Majestic archetypes!

Five cards have been given new Alternative Card Arts, and for a limited time their respective Secret Packs will feature a chance to pull them!
