Beasts are magical creatures you can rescue and take care of in the Room of Requirements in Hogwarts Legacy. Read on to see the list of all Beasts, the locations of all beasts, how to capture beasts, and learn how to get the materials from them!

All Graphorn Locations

Locations	How to Get There
Cragmar Coast	There is one lone den for the Graphorns in Clagmar Coast. Unfortunately, you will need to progress the game first and unlock your first Graphorn mount before the Graphorns spawn in this area.

All Puffskein Locations

Locations	How to Get There
Hogsmeade Region	The Two nearest Puffskeins you can get are from areas near the Hogsmeade region. Both are actually in the Forbidden Forest but both dens border around Hogmseade which is a safer area.
North of Feldcroft	North of Feldcroft. Simply teleport to Feldcroft if you have the Floo Network activated then head north.
Poidsear Coast	You can teleport to the Phoenix Mountain Cave Floo Network then head south-east directly to find the nest.
Manor Cape	You can head to one of thePuffskein's den by heading to the West Manor Cape Floo Network. It will be near the area up north.
Southern Clagmar Coast	Can be found on the southern area of Clagmar Coast. You can use the Clagmar Castle then head southwest to find the nest.

Locations	How to Get There
Forbidden Forest	From Upper Hogsfield, head straight west to find the den.
Hogwarts Grounds	On the northern side of the quidditch stadium in hogwarts.
San Bakar's Tower	Teleport to San Bakar's Tower then head south west to locate the den.
Feldcroft	Simply teleport to the Feldcroft then head south to find the den.
Poidsear Coast	Go south-east from the Floo Network after the tunnel leading to the said region.

How to Get Mooncalf: All Mooncalf Locations

All Niffler Locations

Locations	How to Get There
North Ford Bog	It's in an open area that you can reach by following the road leading northwest from San Bakar's Tower
Feldcroft	From Feldcroft, head Southeast to reach the area. Alternatively, you can start from Irondale and head West past the Jobberknoll Den to find it.
Keenbridge	The den is atop a cliff Northeast of Keenbridge so you can take a long way around by foot or reach it via broom.
Poidsear Coast	Just beside the floo network station in Poidsear's Phoenix Mountain Cave.
Cragcroft	You can get to this den by teleporting to Cragcroft then heading South East.
Manor Cape	From the West Manor Cape Floo station, return to Manor Cape's main road then head south.

All Kneazle Locations

Locations	How to Get There
Brocburrow (Southeast of Hogwarts)	From Brocburrow, simply head south to find the den.
South Sea Bog	Found in the bog area just south from Keenbridge. It is near the tunnel that leads to the Poidsear Coast region.
Marunweem	Teleport to the Marunweem Floo Station then follow the road leading Southwest.
Cragcroft	Teleport to Cragcroft in the Cragcroftshire Region then head Northwest.

How to Get Kneazle: All Kneazle Locations

All Phoenix Locations

The Phoenix is a large and iconic creature, a fiery magical bird that dies and is reborn from the ashes. These creatures are consdiered rare and their loyalty even more so. There are no available locations for the phoenix dens and the only way to obtain a Phoenix ingame is to complete the Phoenix Rising quest.

Locations	How to Get There
Forbidden Forest	Located in the center of the Forbidden Forest.
Mine's Eye Floo Station	From the Mine's Eye Floo station which is found on the southern area of the Hogwarts Valley region, head Northeast.
Feldcroft	From the Feldcroft town. Head Northeast
Poidsear Coast Region	From the Poidsear Castle Floo Station, head Southwest to reach the Hippogriff Den.
Manor Cape Region	From the West Manor Cape Floo station, head south until you see a ruined castle.

San Bakar's Tower	From San Bakar's Tower Floo station, head southeast to find the Jabberknoll den.
Irondale	From the town, just head west and it will be the first den you can find.
Marunweem	head south. After exiting the town, you'll be immediately near the vicinity.
Bainburgh	From Bainburgh which is located on the northmost area of Manor Cape, head east to find the Jobberknoll Den.
Manor Cape	From the west Manorcape Floo Station, return to the road then head south to find the den.

Forbidden Forest	Teleport to Upper Hogsfield then head west to find the Unicorn den.

All Fwooper Locations

Locations	How to Get There
Feldcroft	From Feldcroft, head Northwest to find a ruined castle occupied by goblins. The den is found on the cliff below outside the castle.
Phoenix Mountain Cave	From the Phoenix Mountain Cave located in Poidsear Coast, head Southeast.
Bainburgh	Bainburgh which is found on the northern most part of Manor Cape is a good landmark to choose when heading to the twin Fwooper den. From the town, head Southeast by broom to find the two dens.

All Diricawl Locations

Locations	How to Get There
Keenbridge	Found in the ruins Northwest of Keenbridge
Poidsear Coast	On the Poidsear Coast Region, the Diricawl's den can be found on the Southwesternmost part of the area. It can be easily reached by teleporting to the South Poidsear Coast then travelling west.
Marunweem	Easy to get to if you have access to Marunweem's Floo Station. Teleport to the town then head southwest slightly and you'll quickly reach the den.
North Shore	The Northern shores can be easily approached by teleporting to Clagmar Castle then heading north.
West ShoreWest Clagmar Coast	The Western shores can be easily approached by teleporting to Clagmar Castle then heading to the west.

How to Get Diricawl: All Diricawl Locations

All Giant Purple Toad Locations

Locations	How to Get There
North Ford Bog	There are two dens in the North Ford Bog. This is the best area to find and capture Giant Toads in the game!
Forbidden Forest	Teleport to the West Forbidden Forest's Floo station then head a little bit westward to find the den.
Upper Hogsfield	From the Upper Hogsfield (not to be confused with Hogsmeade's main district), head Southeast to find the Giant Toad's den.
Aranshire	From Aranshire which is found directly west from Hogwart's main castle, head north to find the den.
Northern Sea Bog	From the Northern South Sea Bog Floo Station, head a little bit Southwest to find the toad's den.
Marunweem Lake	The den is located in the island in the center of the lake so flying via broom is recommended from any of the surrounding floo station.
Between Clagmar Coast and Manor Cape	The fastest way to reach this den is by teleporting to the Cragcroft Shore's Floo station then flying southward. This will lead you to a rocky area where the toad's den is found.

All Thestrals Locations

Locations	How to Get There
North Ford Bog	From the East North Ford Bog Floo Station, head a little bit north to find the den.
West Side of Marunweem Lake	There is one den for the Thestrals in the mountainous area of Marunweem Lake. You'll have to reach the mountain then climb it by foot then while climbing, you'll encounter a burnable plant that blocks your path. Behind will be the den of the Thestral.

Unlock the Room of Requirement on the Room of Requirement Quest quest; During the quest, Professor Weasly and Deek will guide you through the Room of Requirement to make it yours.

Use the Nab-Sack in Beast Dens

	Rescue beasts from Beast Dens indicated by a Claw Icon on the map.

Beasts can be rescued from Beast Dens, which can be found in the overworld. Look for the claw icon on the map - this is where you'll be able to rescue Beasts.

Once you encounter a Beast, you'll be able to rescue it using the Nab-Sack. You can get it during The Elf, The Nab-Sack, And the Loom quest from Deek.

Keep Beasts in the Vivarium

Beasts that you've rescued will be kept in the Vivarium, which is located in the Room of Requirement. Here you will be able to brush and feed them, as well as give them toys to play with. You can also decorate the Vivarium with Conjurations using Moonstones.

As you progress through Hogwarts Legacy, you will unlock more Vivariums which will feature different locations to keep your new friends!

How to Care for Magical Beasts

Brush, Feed, and Play with Your Beasts Use Utility Items to Care for Beasts Give Your Beasts Names

You can take care of your beasts by brushing and feeding them. You can also play with them using toys and utility items. Interact with your beasts regularly to build your relationship with them and they can give you upgrade materials for your Gear.

You can also use Utility Items that will help you take care of your beasts more efficiently. You can then give your beast's names to personalize your experience.

Breeding Pen

Another Utility item you can build inside a Vivarium is the Breeding Pen. This allows you to breed two magical creatures of the opposite sex and produce an offspring.

This item requires 15 Moonstones to build and is not limited to a specific number of conjuration.
