I got suicide, detonate grenade and cyberpsychosis all through killing voodoo boys on the beach in Pacifica

The main quest line after you help the voodoo boys with Intel on the van in the mall you go into the deep net. After you leave you have the choice to kill the female leader or leave I killed her and found suicide on her persons.. Just had to fight my way out..
