| Tier 5 | ・Passive While Equipped: enemies under the effects of any quickhack are cut off from the local network |

Purchased From Shops
Each shop has a fixed pool of items which can show up, with some legendary items also purchasable at specific shops. If the Sonic Shock is not present when visiting a shop, simply exit, use Skip Time to go 24 hours ahead, and repeat until Sonic Shock is available.

Anonymous almost 5 yearsI have it. Since it's a recent acquisition, I believe I received it here on the grounds of the factory or its upper two levels where they are keeping the kidnapped Evelyn Parker, if that narrows it down.
