Anonymous almost 5 yearsThe drop rate I'm sure is abysmally low since I've farmed them many times in addition to other gang npc's but the netrunner-type Voodoo Boys have a chance to drop it. I looted an epic variant of it earlier while farming in Northern Pacifica on the beach.

You can get Cyberpsychosis as a reward (100%) and not rely on RNG drops. 1. Complete Side Quest "Psycho Killers" (Consists of 17 Gig Quests) 2. 17 Gig Quests for each CyberPsycho you have to take down. (MOST IMPORTANT PART - ALL 17 CPs must be defeated non lethal and kept alive) 3. After side quest is done with all 17 kept alive, Regina invites you to meet up and after dicussion, she rewards you with Cyberpsychosis (Epic) - upgradedable to Legendary if requirements met.
