You can get Cyberpsychosis as a reward (100%) and not rely on RNG drops. 1. Complete Side Quest "Psycho Killers" (Consists of 17 Gig Quests) 2. 17 Gig Quests for each CyberPsycho you have to take down. (MOST IMPORTANT PART - ALL 17 CPs must be defeated non lethal and kept alive) 3. After side quest is done with all 17 kept alive, Regina invites you to meet up and after dicussion, she rewards you with Cyberpsychosis (Epic) - upgradedable to Legendary if requirements met. The drop rate I'm sure is abysmally low since I've farmed them many times in addition to other gang npc's but the netrunner-type Voodoo Boys have a chance to drop it. I looted an epic variant of it earlier while farming in Northern Pacifica on the beach.
If you killed her and got it of her body you are lucky. Because it does not always drop. Cyberpsycpsis quickhack drops randomly from killing the voodoo boys netrunners. IF YOU KILL BRIGGETTE, AND SAVE AFTER. The voodoo boys gang will no longer spawn in game. Making it very difficult to attain this quick hack
You do not get the cyberpsychosis from decrypting the shard.. THIS IS INCORRECT. You get a few quickhacks such as weapon glitch and reboot optics.most importantly you get the crafting recipe for system reset legendary version
Kill Brigitte during Transmission mission
I got weapon glitch epic version for that, so pissed
I find fully hacking the spell book to be near impossible. Haven’t seen any videos of anyone completing fully.
Correction, you can still sell it to Nix after hacking it. So make sure you do. Win win. You get the best ability in the game and free money.
You get it from the Spellbound mission, if you hack the spell book instead of selling it to Nix.
