Dogtown Saints is one of the new gigs in Phantom Liberty. You will unlock this quest after Mr. Hands calls you during Lucretia My Reflection!

Quest Objectives

1. Talk to Odell Blanco
2. Go to Anderson's Clinic
3. Head to the Clinic Basement
4. Enter Anderson's Office
5. Talk to Nika and Anderson

1. Talk to Odell Blanco

Dogtown Saints starts with you finding Odell Blanco, Mr. Hands' client. Talk to him and he will ask you to find Anthony Anderson, who is located inside his clinic.

2. Go to Anderson's Clinic

Once you arrive outside of Anderson's clinic, you'll see that it is surrounded by enemies. Clear them out and then proceed to the gate located on the left side of the clinic. You can now enter the clinic through a door.

3. Head to the Clinic Basement

After entering the clinic, defeat all the enemies inside. Then, go down the basement by following the quest marker.

4. Enter Anderson's Office

When you're in the basement already, open the door that leads to a hallway with an elevator in the middle. Once you're in the hallway, head to Anderson's office which will already be marked by the game.

5. Talk to Nika and Anderson

After entering Anderson's office. you'll see Nika pointing a gun at Anderson. You can choose to kill Nika or convince Anderson to reveal the location of her brother. After talking to Nika and Anderson, leave the clinic for the quest to end.

Should You Kill Nika?

During the quest, you'll learn that Anderson is a shady surgeon and is planning to extract the implants of Nika's dead brother to save some money. With this, we recommend not killing Nika and convincing Anderson to give Nika her brother. By doing this, the quest ends peacefully.

Dogtown Saints will lead you to a clinic. With this, don't forget to scan your surroundings for loot since there is a chance that containers or corpses nearby will drop some high-tier equipment!
