The Devil Ending for Cyberpunk 2077 is one of the five endings available in the game. Read on to learn which choices to make to get this ending, the ending explanation, and the rewards.
To get The Devil Ending in Cyberpunk 2077, the player must choose the dialogue option to trust Arasaka when speaking to Johnny at the latter part of Nocturne O55N1.
If the player has not done any side quests related to Panam, Rogue, or Johnny, then this is the only dialogue choice available along with the option to put everything to rest.
As it has no prerequisite side quests required to achieve, this ending is the easiest to complete.
All Side Quest (Side Job) Guides
Though there are no conditions required to get this ending, but you need to save Takemura during Search and Destroy to get the trophy.

What primarily decides if The Devil Ending is good or bad is the player's principle and conscience.
In the game name itself, Cyberpunk 2077, the genre is stated.
The Cyberpunk genre is more than the cyber aesthetics on a person and a world. It's a genre that shows a future of the ultra-capitalist mindset, where people are treated like commodities and is helpless under the dystopia.
The helplessness V and his friends have suffered can lead to The Devil Ending, where V chooses to live, throwing his principles away.
That is why while talking to Johnny inside Mikoshi, he is disappointed and states that he is the V who chose to mourn Jackie, and the V who has a heavy conscience.
To conclude, the ending, or V's choice is not necessarily bad. It's the world of Cyberpunk 2077 that is.
While at Arasaka Clinic you may have noticed the news on the TV inside your room.
Saburo Arasaka lives once again through Soul Killer, and in the body of his own son, Yorinobu.
It is not stated if Saburo took Yorinobu's body by force, but Saburo states that it was consensual.
And in the deceitful world of Cyberpunk 2077, we can never know the truth of it.
During the roll credits, there are calls from V's friends and depending on which ending path the player chose their reactions vary.
For The Devil Ending, most of V's friends merely tell them to take care of themselves, and to watch out for the new people they surround themselves with (most likely the Arasakas).
