I found one Watson, Northside towards the outskirts where you find multipule dead ppl after a shootout on the side of the road.
Found all variants except legendary (kept looking for it until i saw it wasn't possible) in the "Rifles and Pistols"-vendor in Corpo Plaza.
Found the the very first rare MA70 HB on Ebunike Docks during the Chipped In mission apparently
I found all versions at a weapons vendor in the badlands (same place in the main story where Kang T has Hellman held up)
I found epic version of MA70 HB at the weapon vendor in Aldecados first camp just southeast of Rocky Ridge fast travel point.
