How to Get The Cottonmouth

Obtained on Fingers’ Bed During The Space in Between

Start the The Space in Between mission and follow the questline until Fingers takes you into the backroom of his Ripperdoc Clinic. You will see the weapon on his bed.

Both the Epic and Legendary crafting specs for Cottonmouth are automatically received after obtaining the weapon.
