Things changed, perhaps with 2.1 Now you drop more often Tamayura and also you can buy it from sellers, one is on the right of El Capitan and on the left of Octavio Clinic

I’ve found this gun in a gig for regina but it can’t be legendary and I have confirmed it since any guns you pick up you automatically get the spec when you hit the required level for crafting.
