I’ve found this gun in a gig for regina but it can’t be legendary and I have confirmed it since any guns you pick up you automatically get the spec when you hit the required level for crafting.
The gig “last log in” has a tamayura in a container as a reward. it is located in the area’s clinic. it can go up to legendary I believe as well. my level was a bit low when I came here.
But the gun have a bug he has no recharge animation (the magazine is invisible).
It's in the same room with the guy actually.
I found it in the service station behind the guy who sell wheapons ins the desert.
It's also a random drop, in legendary rarity, from Sasquatch in the mission Walk The line.
This gun can only be obtained by killing Arasaka agents, mostlikely in Konpeki plaza, even then the chances are very slim. If you really want this gun, consider save and reload a lot of times during the last hour of Jackie.
