Anamnesis Removed in Update 2.0
The Anamnesis perk has been removed as of Update 2.0. The 2.0 update featured a massive perks overhaul that removed, rebalanced, or completely changed every old perk from the 1.6 Edgerunners Update and Base Game.

Is Anamnesis Worth It?

After testing, this perk does not appear to work. Even leveled up twice, we were able to drop our RAM down to 0 units and were unable to apply anymore Quickhacks. Until this issue is addressed by CD Project Red, we recommend that you avoid this perk.
