Piaffe needs a picture of a smiling
Spectacle Rock—two mountains connected by a narrow stone bridge, making them look like glasses
—before he completely closes the stable. This attraction is located southeast of the Gerudo Canyon Skyview Tower.
Since Piaffe said he got this information from a Rito, you'll also need a bird's-eye view to take the shot.
Fast travel to the Gerudo Canyon Skyview Tower and let's find the spot for the right angle.

Boost yourself up using the tower's launch pad then immediately glide east to the nearest small island. Upon landing, grab the rockets and attach them to the fanplane on the ramp.
Steer the fanplane north and land on the cluster of sky islands and position yourself on the exact spot shown in the image above (-1845, -2111, 1149) and take out your camera.

Aim below and the angle should form a smiling face—with the Spectacle Rock as the eyes with glasses and the two floating platforms below you as the nose and mouth.
Show it to Piaffe so he can display a painted copy of the image. You will receive one Pony Point and a Chilly Mushroom Risotto for completing the quest.

The giant sword that you need to take a picture of is just a short glide north from the tower.
Land on the small hill south of the Gerudo Summit (-3978, -1064, 0678) and look north where you can see a giant sword with a Frost Gleeok beside it.

Snap a photo of the giant sword (you can include the Gleeok in the frame for an epic outcome) and show it to Piaffe.
Completing this quest will reward you with another Pony Point and a Spicy Mushroom Risotto.
