Maintenance on September 10th 2025
The next maintenance is set to happen on September 10, 2025. It is expected that the recently announced card pack, Regeneration of Stars, will also make its debut after the end of maintenenance!

September 2025 Duelist Cup
It was announced at the start of Season 44 last month that the first Duelist Cup of the 2025-2026 competitive season will take place on September 17 to 29, 2025.
This means the final ranking at the end of last season will determine the starting DLv. for participating players this September!

September 9 2025 Banlist Update
A new banlist is set to take effect on September 9th, 2025. As of writing, there are only two cards affected by this list, but it also means a significant boost to certain Decks that make use of them!

September 2025 Shop Updates
Regeneration of Stars Selection Pack Released
A new Selection Pack was released on September 10th, 2025, and will be the first Card Pack released for the 2025-2026 competitive year in Master Duel.
This Card Pack features additonal support for Invoked, Gem-Knight, Heraldry and @Ignister. Additionally, this Card Pack will see the debut of the Regenesis archetype to the game!

Reunion of Raiders Structure Deck Released
The Raidraptors are the newest archetype to receive a dedicated Structure Deck in the in-game shop, allowing players to build their own Raidraptor Deck with relative ease by giving them all the core cards they could need.

Secret Packs Updated
A select number of Secret Packs have their card pools updated due to the addition of new cards from the releases of a new Secret Pack and Selection Pack.
Cards Receive Alternate Card Art
For a limited time, select Secret Packs will be made available to the in-game store, with certain cards having Alternate Card Art available to pull instead of their standard card appearance!

Selection Packs Leaving Shop
Synchro Starlight
Synchro Starlight is a Selection Pack that came out on the latter half of July 2025. The featured archetypes for this event include the Rose Dragons and Ice Barriers.
There are no new cards in this Selection Pack, but it does feature Alternate Card Arts to three cards at a limited-time basis: Black Rose Dragon, Clear Wing Synchro Dragon, and Medallion of the Ice Barrier.

Struggle in Wonderland
Struggle in Wonderland is a Selection Pack that came out on the first half of July 2025.
This Card Pack brings additional support to Battlewasps as well as generic support for WATER, Insect-type and Cyberse-type monsters. It also marks the debut of the Maliss archetype in Master Duel, which has been a dominant archetype in the physical card game!

Battle of Destiny
Battle of Destiny is a Selection Pack that was released after the 2025 World Championship Qualifiers.
Three monster archtypes have received additional support with new cards added: D/D/D, Gladiator Beasts and Arcana Force. Also notable is the fact that Glow-Up Bulb and Time Seal are made available after this Pack's release.
