Get the Crafting Specs in Watson
The Crafting Specs for the Psalm 11:6 drop from the Hustle Leader in the Suspected Organized Crime Activity at the edge of Northside, Watson near the water tank. Crafting will require the Edgerunner Artisan Perk as these allow you to craft Legendary weapons.
