Tier 2	・Resets an enemy's optical cyberware, rendering them temporarily blind.
Tier 3	・Spreads to the nearest enemy within 8 meters.
Tier 4	・Greatly increases effect duration.
Tier 5	・Passive While Equipped: Unlocks the Optics Jammer daemon for use in Breach Protocol.
