Answer Alex's call and talk to her. She will want to you to see you in person and will ask to meet at The Moth.
When you get to The Moth, Alex won't be there just yet and you will have to sit on one of the tables outside to wait for Alex.
Sitting down at the table outside will skip time automatically and after some time has passed, head inside The Moth. Alex will be waiting and you'll have to sit by the bar.
After sitting down and watching the TV for a bit, Alex will talk to you and offer a drink. Once you start drinking, she will ask about what went down with Reed then reveal what's next for her. Finish the conversation then stand up from the bar to finish this quest.
