After Transmission, speak with Johnny then take the pseudoendotrizine to block him out.

After Life During Wartime, speak with Johnny again to advance the quest further.

Objective Icon.pngTalk to Johnny.
Finally, after finishing Search And Destroy, speak with Johnny again. You'll wake up in Pacifica. Follow Johnny and climb through the window.

Go to Johnny and open up the vent below the counter. Take the dog tags and talk to Johnny again then leave through the window to finish the quest.
