	Objectives
1	Enter Hotel Ratio. Go to the marked location to receive a call from Regina. Then, enter the hotel through the front door.
2	Gain access to the elevator. You need an Access Token before you can enter the elevator. Method 1: Head towards the back of the reception and open the door on the right with 7 Technical points. Go inside then take the Access Token. Method 2: Distract the receptionist and sneakily grab the Access Token from his desk.
3	Go to Mikhail Akulov's penthouse. Take the elevator up to the 21st floor. To get inside his apartment, you can either go through the door on the left or head through the glass then climb onto the terrace. Disable cameras on your way and distract the two guards patrolling.
4	Obtain Mikhail Akulov's datashard. Once inside the apartment, head to the TV stand and grab the datashard from the table.
5	Leave the hotel. With the datashard in your hands, leave the hotel the same way you came. If you stole the shard without getting caught, you can simply leave the hotel through the entrance.
6	Deliver the shard to Regina's client. Once outside, call Regina then you will be asked to deliver the shard to the client. Follow the waypoint and hand the shard to the client.
7	Collect your bonus from the Drop Point. If you managed to do the task without raising the alarm, you will receive a bonus. Collect your rewards in the designated Drop Point to finish the quest.
