Stunning Blows Removed in Update 2.0
The Stunning Blows perk has been removed as of Update 2.0. The 2.0 update featured a massive perks overhaul that removed, rebalanced, or completely changed every old perk from the 1.6 Edgerunners Update and Base Game.

| Reason | It is very rare that you can find an opportunity to use Quick Melee Attacks, making this perk far less useful than others. |
Not Many Opportunities
While the ability is quite useful in taking down enemies, there are very few opportunities to use Quick Melee Attacks. And even if you did, going for a takedown in the midst of a gunfight is not very wise as it exposes you to damage.

I cant get stunning blows to work. I hit enemies with a quick melee attack with a range weapon but receive no prompt to grapple. How do I do it? I have the perk of course and I'm on xbox one if that means anything.
