The Radioport is a new feature added in Update 2.1 of Cyberpunk 2077 and is automatically available to all players who update to it.

Hold the Radio Button

Cyberpunk 2077 - How to Use the Radioport

The Radioport can be accessed by holding Z on PC or the right directional button on PS5 / Xbox while on foot. This will bring up the menu that allows you to change the station and adjust the volume as necessary. Pressing the button instead of holding it will toggle the radio on or off instead.

When getting in a vehicle while the Radioport is on, the music will continue playing, allowing you to listen uninterrupted. However, the radio is disabled during certain quests to avoid disrupting the atmosphere.

Think they need to update control settings, it's not showing there. On PS5 left pad states open notifications. The game GUI does show some sort of için which resembles an equaliser, guess they forgot to update control gui
