Stealth approach is absolutely doable. Sit at the bar, but don’t ell the teamname. Use the opening next, use the Bait QH a lot, and don’t forget to turn off security cameras. You can even kill Fiona, and left peacefully afterwards.
Stealth is possible like other post said. Atleast as nomad, maybe some other way too or does it make sense it's only for nomads ?
Your note about a stealth approach being impossible is incorrect. If you have the Nomad Life path there is a dialog option when sitting at the bar to tell the other bar patron to mind their own business, this does not trigger the suspicion of the bartender and leads right into an event where the security door opens, from which point you can sneak into the security office, unlock the doors to the lower level and make it all the way to the office only having to subdue one person.
