Chesapeake can be acquired as an online reward after certain conditions have been met by the user.

You will need to have a subscription for Amazon Prime Gaming to access the code for the reward. After redeeming the code from the platform, proceed towards the CD Projekt Red website.
From there, enter the code to the website and connect to your GOG Galaxy account. The weapon will be automatically placed in V's Stash.
This reward is only available from September 26, 2023 through October 23, 2023.
