Anonymous about 3 yearsFound Pacifier blueprint at 2nd amendment gun shop for ~11k Crafting rarity works the same as for Crunch mod: it depends on the crafter's actual perk level (legendary craft for crafter skill 18 or more). Actual craft for me is epic and it provides a +6% crit damage
