Go to the clothing shop next to the trailer park fast travel point. Then keep skipping 24 hrs and check the shop inventory until it show's up.
Can confirm that this clothing vendor also sells an epic version.
The coat can be bought from the clothing vendor near Joss’ house (River’s sister) just to the east of Santo Domingo in the badlands. Just skip 24h until it’s available. So far, I have found common and uncommon versions of the coat here.
Same here ,lost the items after the credits.
I'm having the same exact issue. Those 3 legendary items and the "rewards" are not there either. I tired reloading a few different saves and auto-saves and still don't have the items. Hopefully it gets fixed soon
Same. And when I get passed the credits and go back in game I lose all experience and items from the final mission and beyond. Also there are supposed to be rewards for completing the game in my inventory but I see none

I was able to obtain it at the end of the “All along the watchtower” quest before you drive off with Mitch and panam but once I reach the end I cannot equip the set and it doesn’t show up in my inventory
