Im playing fem corpo and i just convinced the guard and did the whole thing stealth. did you do the Abernathy side quest? that might be it
As Corpo/Female character you can not convince the guard. 2nd playthrough..
should probably mention that there's a perk shard on the top floor of the security building. The one that's connected to the service tunnel.
Easiest way to get into the Warehouse: Pass the right side entrance of the warehouse then go left. There you can get onto the roof: You need double jump(i think). Then there is a Ladder that goes up. On the roof there are windows you can break. Break the one thats directly aboth the giant Dragon head with a helmet to avoid fall damage.
I'm pretty sure that dialogue option is only available if your Int is *low* enough (less than 5).
Takemura convo options gives a strange check criteria. First is a normal intelligence symbol plus the check value (e.g [int] 8) Other has the Int symbol, but a strange check value.(e.g [Int] 8/5) I don't know what the ( /5 ) part is. I thought it was reflex cos it's my only stat left at 5, so I raised it to 6, and it didn't work, still said /5. So then I raised the int stat, to 9 to test, and that resulted in a 9/5. Does anyone have a clue what the /5 is? perhaps it's the mystery 6th stat?
