The next edition of Tryout Duels in Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel has been announced for October 28, 2024, and it is to celebrate Halloween and the release of an upcoming Selection Pack!

Foir this run of the Tryout Duels, the game will be adopting a specific format from the OCG twenty years ago, when the physical card game was just starting out.

New Cards Featured in the Event
 Hallo, the Spirit of Tricks

 Ween, the Spirit of Treats

The focus of this event revolves around the release of two specific monsters: Hallo, the Spirit of Tricks and Ween, the Spirit of Treats. As a first in Yu-Gi-Oh!, the cards are going to be simultaneously released in the physical card game and in Master Duel!
Loaner Decks Available
To properly test out these cards, Loaner Decks will be the only available Decks to use for this events! These should let players get a feel for what these new cards can do when slotted to popular archetypes of their respective types!

Much like previous versions of Tryout Duels, the main prize given out during this event is a free Card Pack featuring the most recently released Selection Pack during their run.
For this version of Tryout Duels, players will receive a free Card Pack from the Tricky Reception Selection Pack.
