Most of the plays done by a Bystial Dragon Link is best suited if they can go first, as they can play through hand trap interruptions. It also has one of the peskiest boss monsters to get rid off the field with Borrelend Dragon, and a full combo can usually have it on the field alongside Borreload Savage Dragon with multiple negates ready to go.

Despite the number of hits it got, especially with Floowandereeze & Empen being Limited now, the core gameplay of chaining Normal Summons one after another has not changed much. This Deck can arguably go first or second without much problem, but going first allows a Floowandereeze player to set up traps and punishes against the opponent's actions.

The moment a Labrynth player manages to set up its Trap Card recursions, it can be hard to stop the Deck from its constant setting and activating of Trap Cards. It becomes even harder to clear the backrow once Lovely Labrynth of the Silver Castle and Lady Labrynth of the Silver Castle are on the Field to support the activation of Trap Cards.
