Profile Clinical and cruel, Tempeste Thorne was trapping and carving up beasts for profit long before she left Hogwarts. One of the first to join Rookwood's criminal empire, under her gaze the poachers have risen from scramblers to a sturdy operation.

Hogwarts Legacy - Tempeste Throne World Location

Tempeste Throne is a Level 23 Infamous Foe located within the Falbarton Castle in the Hogsmeade Valley region. There are a lot of Poachers in the castle so it is best to use stealth and cast Petrificus Totalus before fighting the Infamous Foe.

You can use ride your broom and fly inside the castle after completing The High Keep quest.
